Wine and Dine

If you're looking for unique, date activities you should look into this seasonal wine and dinner pairing. Highland Wine and Crystal and Chef Shaun Doty of Shaun’s Restaurant host winemaker Patricia Kluge of The Kluge Estate Winery and Vineyard on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 for a four-course dinner highlighting the vineyard’s top wines paired alongside ingredient-driven, seasonal cuisine.


The four-course dinner will be priced at $65.00 per person and will begin with a 7:00 p.m. reception. Highland Wine and Crystal is committed to providing Atlanta residents the highest-quality selection and assistance, and will offer guests the option to purchase Kluge Estate wine at the dinner as well as at the Highland Wine and Crystal store.

Local and organic eggplant soup, garlic pickles, Ashland farms micro basil
Albemarle Rosé 2006, a dry rosé made using the saignée method

Wild salmon, red wine cabbage sauce, star anise
